UPSC announces results of civil Services examination 2023 | Aditya Srivastava gets AIR 1

New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of the Civil Services Examination 2023 today. Candidates who appeared for the personality test can access their results on the official websites – upsconline.nic.in and upsc.gov.in. The results are now available for viewing at upsc.gov.in.

Aditya Srivastava and Animesh Pradhan secured the coveted All India Rank 1 and 2 respectively, with Donuru Ananya Reddy clinching the third position.

The Civil Services Examination 2023 commenced with the Preliminary stage held on May 28, followed by the Main examination conducted on September 15, 16, 17, 23, and 24, 2023. The results for the Main examination were announced on December 8. Subsequently, the personality tests for the CSE 2023 were conducted in three phases spanning from January 2 to April 9.

The UPSC aims to fill 1,105 positions across various central government services, including the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Indian Foreign Service (IFS), among others. Notably, there has been an upward trend in the overall pass percentage of women in recent years.
