Haryana Police is set to receive President’s Colour

Chandigarh: Haryana Police is all set to be bestowed with the prestigious President's Colour Award in recognition of its outstanding service to the nation, as the most awaited ceremony for the presentation of President's Colour award to Haryana Police will be held on February 14 at HPA Madhuban in Karnal.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be gracing this occasion along with Chief Minister Manohar Lal, Home Minister, Haryana, Anil Vij, and other senior dignitaries. During the ceremony, the chief guest will present the President's Colour Award to the Haryana Police for its consistent commitment in ensuring the safety and security of the people of Haryana.

It is also a testament to the hard work and dedication of the Haryana Police in serving the nation and maintaining law and order. This is a moment of pride for the people of Haryana and the entire nation.

The ceremonial function will witness a grand celebration for the achievements of Haryana Police, and will also feature a ceremonial parade in which the personnel of the Police force will march in formation, displaying their flag and showcasing the skills and discipline.

“The glorious track record of professionalism and high regard for diversity and human dignity has earned the Haryana Police the award of 'President of India’s Police Colour.' This would not only further raise the morale of the force but also help in strengthening its commitment to serve and endear itself to the people of the state,” said PK Agrawal, Director General of Police (DGP).
