Jyothilal KR (lAS) has been appointed as part-time official Director of Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Shipping. He has been appointed as a part-time official Director of Cochin Shipyard with effect from August 24 till further orders. Jyothilal, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Kerala cadre, is currently serving as Principal Secretary (Transport) in the state government of Kerala. This information has been shared by the shipping PSU in a regulatory filing to the stock exchange on Monday.
