New Delhi: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) made a notable impact at the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) exhibition, coinciding with the launch of the Humsafar Policy by the Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, in Delhi. This policy aims to enhance services on highways and expressways by onboarding existing and upcoming service providers.
At the event, HPCL's stall showcased its extensive presence on national highways, highlighting world-class wayside amenities designed for the convenience and comfort of highway users. The stall also featured HPCL's pioneering efforts in promoting green initiatives, including Electric Vehicle (EV) charging, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).
The stall received a special visit from the Minister of State, Ajay Tamta, who praised the company's exceptional wayside amenities. This recognition underscores HPCL's commitment to delivering top-notch services and infrastructure to support the country's expanding network of highways.
By participating in the NHAI exhibition, HPCL reinforced its dedication to sustainable development and customer satisfaction. As a leading player in the energy sector, HPCL continues to innovate and invest in green technologies, aligning with the government's vision for a cleaner and more efficient transportation ecosystem. Notably, HPCL has solarized 92% of its network of over 22,500 retail outlets across India.
