Thiruvananthapuram: The State IT Mission has received national recognition from the Union Ministries of Finance, Electronics, and the Department of Expenditure for its excellent implementation of the e-tender portal. 

Through the e-tender portal, which was designed by the National Informatics Center (NIC), tenders above Rs 5 lakh are now being processed. 

The IT Mission has achieved this award by executing more tenders in a shorter period of time with transparency, efficiency, and without any errors, said a Kerala Government officer.
