Shillong: In a bid to promote entrepreneurship across Northeast India, the Indian Institute of Management Shillong has entered into a partnership with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). 

The collaboration, operating through the IIM Shillong Foundation for Incubation and Enterprise (IIMSFIE), will launch a comprehensive training and incubation program aimed at equipping emerging entrepreneurs with critical skills, insights, and support to establish sustainable businesses. 

Targeting 30 participants, the initiative combines in-depth classroom sessions, practical experience, and an 18-month incubation phase to offer sustained guidance and mentorship.
