Kolkata: Balmer Lawrie carried out Vigilance Awareness, throughout all of its units and establishments on the theme “Probity for Prosperity” inaugurated by Adhip Nath Palchaudhuri, C&MD, Balmer Lawrie and other Directors at the Corporate Office in Kolkata. The objective of the week-long observance was to foster ethical practices, transparency, and accountability amongst stakeholders like and employees. 

The program begins with employees taking an integrity pledge which was followed a different types of activities like quiz, essay, slogan and drawing competitions. The company also arranged an interactive session with contractors and vendors to strengthen ethical conduct in professional encounters and maintain transparent business practices.  

Balmer Lawrie conducted awareness and outreach campaigns in schools and colleges in order to educate the students with the values of of integrity, probity and good governance. Additionally, the employees also participated in Awareness Walks conducted throughout the company's four regions.
