“This individual invitation to be a part of celebration from the district administration with the signature of the District Collector is something fascinating which not only recognizes and celebrates individual achievement and contribution towards the nation building of civilians but rejoices the pride of belongingness to the society, district and country. Individual and collective efforts by these people and organizations bring pivotal and significant change in societal upbringing,” added Sumera.
