New Delhi: Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) concluded its Annual Marketing Conference 2025 in New Delhi from June 4 to 6, uniting marketing teams from its headquarters and plants under the theme Above & Beyond - Rising Higher, Achieving Greater. The gathering coincided with World Environment Day, reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainability and its vision of farmer empowerment.

Managing Director Siba Prasad Mohanty opened the conference with a keynote that called on teams to “build a future where every field flourishes and every farmer thrives.” The three-day meet also featured the launch of a new corporate film showcasing HURL’s contribution to India’s agricultural growth.

Chairman Mukesh Agrawal lauded the marketing teams for driving sustainable practices and urged them to move forward with agility, innovation and a farmer-first approach. Vice Presidents and Plant Heads led strategy sessions covering financial updates, supply chain optimisation, HR initiatives, product quality and R&D, all aimed at boosting HURL’s market presence and brand strength.

VP & HOD (Marketing) Manish Billore laid out the marketing roadmap for 2025–26, focusing on scaling up bio and organic products like Mycorrhiza, FOM and LFOM, expanding PM-PRANAM initiatives across states, ramping up Point-of-Sale strategies and digital outreach, and strengthening farmer education.

Conference participants wore Green Badges inscribed with “I Support Sustainable Agriculture” and pledged “Every Action for the Nation,” committing to advocate for soil health and sustainable practices.

A magazine, HURL - Uttar Pradesh: On the Path of PM-PRANAM, was released, spotlighting success stories and bio-organic innovations aligned with the government’s sustainable agriculture goals.

Adding an element of wellness and camaraderie, a Zumba session energised the gathering, followed by a Marketing Awards Ceremony that celebrated achievements in Traded Products, Urea PoS and promotional excellence. Awards were presented by the MD.

The conference reinforced HURL’s goal of pursuing growth with purpose, setting a clear direction for supporting India’s sustainable agricultural transformation.
