The Government of Bihar has issued transfer and posting orders of eight IAS officers with immediate effect. Brajesh Malhotra, earlier serving as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Science and Technology Department, has been appointed ACS, Industries Department. He has also been given the additional charge of ACS, Parliamentary Affairs Department.

Lokesh Kumar Singh has been appointed the new Additional Chief Secretary, Science and Technology Department. Chaitanya Prasad has been appointed the new Secretary, Water Resources Department. Sanjeev Hans has been appointed the new Secretary of the Energy Department. Rajesh Meena has been apponted as Director, Cooprative Societies, Cooperative Department.

Robert L Chongthu is the new Secretary to the Governor of Bihar. Sudhir Kumar has been appointed the Additional Member, Board of Revenue. Tirhut division Commissioner Pankaj Kumar has been given the additional charge of Saran division, Chhapra. /BI/
