New Delhi: MG Motor India, a British automobile brand with a 99-year history, has welcomed participants for the fourth edition of 'Drive Her Back,' an initiative aimed at empowering women to re-establish their careers after a break.
This unique program provides women with equal and inclusive employment opportunities in various verticals of the company, providing a respectable platform for women from different backgrounds and communities to resume their careers. In addition, Season 4 will also benefit the spouses of current employees at MG Motor.
The 'Drive Her Back' initiative offers coaching and internal mentoring to women to ensure a smooth transition to the corporate environment. This program also includes networking opportunities and professional development resources for all participants. In the previous season, Season 3, the initiative received more than 1,500 applications and successfully empowered over 60 women to begin their careers in various fields at MG Motor.
