SoftwareOne celebrates 15 years in India with launch of DigiSaksham digital literacy programme

New Delhi: Marking 15 years of operations in India, SoftwareOne has launched the DigiSaksham Initiative, a pan-India digital literacy programme in collaboration with Sapno ke Pankh, a Gurgaon-based not-for-profit working to empower underserved children through education.

The initiative will set up fully equipped, technology-enabled learning spaces across the country. Each centre will feature digital classrooms with interactive whiteboards, projectors, computer stations and structured e-learning content aligned with school curricula. The effort aims to bridge the digital divide by creating engaging and inclusive learning environments for children from underserved communities.

Munish Gupta, Managing Director, SoftwareOne India, said: “As we mark 15 years of growth in India, we’re proud to give back in a way that drives lasting impact. This initiative reflects our core purpose, ensuring every child, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in a digital-first world. It goes beyond infrastructure; it’s about sparking curiosity, building digital skills, and supporting the aspirations of young learners.”

Alongside technology support, the programme will also provide communication workshops and volunteer-driven learning sessions conducted by SoftwareOne employees. By combining digital infrastructure with mentorship, the company aims to nurture 21st-century skills and strengthen resilience among young learners.
