New Delhi: The Delhi government has undertaken a bureaucratic reshuffle involving the transfer of seven officers at the Additional Commissioner rank. This includes four IAS officers from the AGMUT cadre and three officers from the Indian Revenue Service (IRS), Indian Ordinance Factories Service (IOFS), and Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS).
According to the official notice, IAS Sachin Shinde (AGMUT:2008) has been appointed as the head of the Central Establishment Department, which oversees O&M, Vigilance, Corruption Complaint Cell, Advertisement, RP Cell/Parking, Corporation and Committees (C&C), and Election. Prior to this, he was Additional Commissioner for the West, Nazafgarh, and Narela zones.
IAS Jitender Yadava (AGMUT:2010), previously Additional Commissioner for the South, City Sadar Paharganj, and Central zones, has been assigned to the Engineering Department, covering E&M, Building (HQs), Electrical, and Architecture. He will also serve as the Nodal Officer for the Screening Committee, Town Planning, Information Technology, Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), and the Community Services Department.
IAS Dr Tariq Thomas (AGMUT:2011) has been assigned to the DEMS Department, handling establishment matters and industrial relations, while also serving as the Nodal Officer for the L.G. Listening Post. He was previously in charge of the Karol Bagh and Civil Lines zones.
IAS Nidhi Malik (AGMUT:2013) now leads the Education, Law, Land, Estate, and Veterinary Services departments. She was last posted as Additional Commissioner for Keshavpuram and Rohini zones.
IRS Amit Kumar (AGMUT:2004) will oversee CL&EC, Factory Licensing, Printing & Stationery, and Language. He was formerly an Additional Commissioner.
IOFS Officer Pankaj Naresh Aggrawal (2007 batch) has been assigned to Hospital Administration, AYUSH, P&I, Headquarters, and Public Health. He previously served as Additional Commissioner for Shahdara (South) and Shahdara (North) zones.
IRAS Officer Veer Singh Yadav (2007 batch), who was also an Additional Commissioner, now heads the Finance (CA-com-FA), Assessment & Collection, and Labour Welfare departments. /BI
