New Delhi: Apollo Micro Systems has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sibersentinel Technologies and Zoom Technologies to jointly design, develop, and deploy advanced cybersecurity solutions for Government Agencies, Statutory Bodies, Financial Institutions, and critical infrastructure sectors.

The collaboration is aimed at integrating Apollo’s expertise in defence-grade electronic systems with the cybersecurity capabilities of Sibersentinel and Zoom Technologies. The companies said the goal is to deliver robust, indigenous digital protection solutions aligned with national security requirements.

The announcement lifted Apollo Micro Systems’ stock nearly 1% on Thursday.

Earlier this week, Apollo’s step-down subsidiary, Apollo Strategic Technologies (ASTPL), signed an MoU with Dynamic Engineering and Design Incorporation, United States of America, for technology transfer, co-development, and potential licensed production of Rocket Motors for BM-21 Grad ER and Non-ER Rockets. The agreement was signed at DSEI London on September 10, 2025. ASTPL is a subsidiary of Apollo Defence Industries (ADIPL).

Financially, Apollo Micro Systems reported strong growth in Q1FY26, with revenue rising 46% year-on-year to ₹234 crore compared to ₹160 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA jumped 83% with a margin expansion of 600 basis points to 31%, up from 25% in Q1FY25. Profit more than doubled to ₹18 crore, supported by an order book of ₹735 crore.

During its earnings call, the management projected growth of 45% to 50% CAGR over FY26 and FY27, driven by a strong order pipeline and multiple products entering production. The company is also eyeing participation in the upcoming ₹2 lakh crore orders from the Ministry of Defence, with expectations to contribute to every missile programme in some capacity.

Apollo Micro Systems provides custom-built COTS (Commercially off-the-shelf) solutions tailored for defence and space customers.
