New Delhi: Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) has introduced ‘JSL Saathi Pragati’, described by the company as the country’s largest loyalty programme for the stainless steel Pipes and Tubes (P&T) segment. The initiative aims to support retailers and fabricators through structured incentives, exclusive benefits and a fully digital workflow that helps verify the authenticity of stainless steel products in the market.
The new programme builds on the existing Jindal Saathi Seal, which was created to help customers and trade partners identify genuine Jindal Stainless pipes and tubes and protect them from counterfeit products. Under JSL Saathi Pragati, every pipe and tube carries a unique QR code. Retailers and fabricators can scan the code through the dedicated mobile app, available on Android and iOS, to confirm product authenticity, earn reward points on verified purchases and redeem them for a range of benefits. According to the company, more than 30,000 fabricators and retailers have already enrolled, indicating strong acceptance from the trade community.

Counterfeit materials don’t just undermine consumer trust; they damage the sector’s credibility and weaken the nation’s development. JSL Saathi Pragati is another step in our commitment to empower fabricators and retailers—the experts who help customers make the right material choice at the ground level—to verify products instantly, and to reward their efforts in enabling product authenticity.”
The programme also provides accidental life insurance coverage for registered fabricators, adding a layer of financial protection for those working at the frontline of stainless steel fabrication. Skill development is another key element. Fabricator Training Programmes (FTPs), conducted under the company’s Stainless Academy, will now be accessible through the app, allowing participants to register for courses on fabrication techniques and stainless steel applications.
JSL Saathi Pragati currently focuses on the P&T segment, with plans to expand to additional product categories in the coming years. Through this platform, the company aims to build a more connected and digitally enabled ecosystem that promotes the use of authentic stainless steel products across India.
