Mumbai: Motilal Oswal Financial Services Group held a Thanksgiving dinner to acknowledge the contribution of its support staff, including housekeeping teams, security personnel, drivers, cafeteria staff, office assistants and technical teams. The event, organised across nine locations, brought together more than 1,000 support staff members along with their families.
The initiative reflects the organisation’s view that its strength comes from every individual who contributes to its daily functioning, not only its white-collar workforce. Thanksgiving has become an occasion within the group to pause and express gratitude to those whose work often remains out of sight.
Senior leaders and employees volunteered as hosts at events across locations, serving meals and interacting with guests. At Motilal Oswal Towers, support staff and their families were welcomed by the top management, including Motilal Oswal, Raamdeo Agrawal and Navin Agarwal, along with business heads and teams from across the organisation. A traditional Indian seating arrangement was set up for the dinner, with members of the senior leadership personally serving food.
