New Delhi: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with INSEAD, The Business School for the World, Singapore, on March 23, 2026, to enhance capacity building and promote professional excellence across the metro sector through participative and immersive learning.
The agreement focuses on building a deeper understanding of metro rail management from strategic, business, and customer satisfaction perspectives. It will also create a structured platform for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and expertise between the DMRC Academy and INSEAD Singapore.
The collaboration brings together DMRC’s experience in urban transport and metro rail systems with INSEAD’s academic strength in leadership, strategy, and management education. Both organisations aim to advance skills, encourage innovation, and adopt global best practices to support the growth and modernization of urban transportation systems.
The MoU was signed by Ghansham Bansal, Director General of DMRC Academy, and Sameer Hasija, Dean of Executive Education and Asia Campus at INSEAD, Singapore. Vikas Kumar, Managing Director of DMRC, along with other senior officials, was present during the signing ceremony.
