New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited observed Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 from 27 October to 2 November, reaffirming its commitment to integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct across the organisation. This year’s theme, “सतर्कताः हमारी साझा जिम्मेदारी” / “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility,” highlighted the importance of collective responsibility in building a corruption-free and accountable work culture.
Throughout the week, the Vigilance Division organised a series of activities to engage employees and enhance awareness on vigilance. Essay writing, slogan creation, extempore speech, online quiz, IGoT (Integrated Government Online Training) courses, and drawing and painting competitions were conducted to encourage reflection on the importance of vigilance in day-to-day work. A special drawing and painting competition was also organised for the children of NBCC employees to promote values of honesty, fairness, and responsibility from an early age.
The observance concluded with a valedictory session at the NBCC Office, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi, in the presence of K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman and Managing Director; Ritu Pande, Chief Vigilance Officer; Saleem Ahmad, Director (Project); Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial); and Anjeev Kumar Jain, Director (Finance). Certificates were presented to winners of various competitions in recognition of their creativity and participation.
Officers and employees from across the organisation attended the event and renewed their commitment to upholding transparency, accountability, and integrity in all aspects of work.
