Chandigarh: A new batch of management trainees has completed a structured three-week induction programme at National Fertilizers Limited’s Nangal unit. National Fertilizers Limited, a Mini Ratna company under the Department of Fertilizers, is one of India’s leading producers of nitrogenous fertilisers. With five gas-based urea manufacturing units spread across the country, NFL plays an important role in ensuring the availability of quality fertilisers to farmers, contributing significantly to the nation’s agricultural growth.
