New Delhi: As part of Vigilance Awareness Week 2025, National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, organized a series of awareness activities to promote integrity and ethical conduct among citizens and employees alike.

In Hyderabad, a Poster Making Competition on the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” was held at Government High School, Hyderguda, where 58 students participated, showcasing their creativity and understanding of the importance of vigilance and transparency in daily life.

At NFL’s Vijaipur Unit in Madhya Pradesh, the Vigilance Department organized a Nukkad Natak (street play) on the same theme. The play, performed by students of Delhi Public School, Vijaipur, effectively conveyed messages of honesty, collective responsibility, and ethical behavior, drawing enthusiastic engagement from employees and the local community.

These initiatives reflect NFL’s continued commitment to encourage transparency, accountability, and ethical values in line with its corporate vision to be a leading Indian company in fertilizers and beyond, with commitment to all stakeholders. Through such outreach efforts, the company seeks to inspire collective vigilance and build a culture of integrity both within and outside the organization.
