New Delhi: State-owned power generation giant NTPC has announced the appointment of Anil Kumar Jadli as its new Director of Human Resources (HR), effective August 23. Jadli, a seasoned professional with a longstanding career at NTPC, began his journey with the company in 1993 as an Executive Trainee.

With more than three decades of experience, Jadli has held diverse roles spanning both operational and HR functions. After spending nearly a decade in line functions, he transitioned to the HR domain in 2004. Since then, he has been involved in various aspects of human resource management across multiple NTPC projects, taking on roles of increasing responsibility, including Head of HR.

In 2020, Jadli moved to the Corporate HR department, where he played a key role in developing and implementing a range of HR strategies and initiatives. His extensive experience and deep understanding of both the operational and human resource facets of the business have been crucial to his leadership at NTPC.

Jadli holds a postgraduate degree in Organic Chemistry from Garhwal University and a postgraduate diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Management Development Institute (MDI) in Gurgaon. /BI/
