Agartala: Tripura’s young IAS officer Aditi Majumder has made the state proud by topping the written examination during the 127th Induction Training Programme at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie.

Her outstanding performance was recognised at a ceremony held in Vivekananda Hall at LBSNAA, where the Speaker of Lok Sabha awarded her the 'Best Performer in Written Examination' certificate on 12 June 2025. Aditi Majumder did not stop at individual excellence alone. Her team, Group 1, was also named the Best Performing Group and received a certificate of appreciation from the Speaker during the same event.

This year’s training programme brought together 97 officers from 19 states for six weeks of intensive sessions aimed at sharpening their administrative skills, leadership qualities and understanding of public service values.

Tripura’s strong presence at LBSNAA was marked by the participation of other officers including Ajit Sukladas, Devananda Reang, Santosh Das, Dhanbabu Reang, Dasarath Debbarma, Mihir Kanti Gope and Upendra Jamatia.

Aditi Majumder’s success has added a new chapter of pride for Tripura in the civil services community and serves as inspiration for aspiring administrators from the state.
