Shimla: Three officers of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) have been transferred in Himachal Pradesh with immediate effect. Nisha Singh, Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, has been given the additional charge of Technical Education.

According to an official order, Amitabh Awasthi, Secretary, Horticulture, has been given the additional charge of the Jal Shakti Department. Ashwani Raj Shah, Special Secretary, Education and Information Technology, has been posted as Managing Director, HP Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation Ltd, Kangra.

The order said that Torul S Raveesh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, DRDA, has been posted as Special Secretary, PWD and Information Technology. Anurag Chander, Managing Director, HP Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation Ltd, Kangra, has been transferred as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur. /BI/
