Lucknow: The poll bound Uttar Pradesh has undergone another administrative reshuffle with the transfer of eight IAS officers with Himanshu Kumar being appointed Principal Secretary, Social and Minority Welfare Department.

Amod Kumar has been appointed Principal Secretary, General Administration. Earlier, he was holding the charge of Planning. Jitendra Kumar has been posted in the Language, National Integration and Reorganization Department.

According to an official order, Udaya Bhanu Tripathi has been made Additional Housing Commissioner while Vipin Kumar Jain, Special Secretary, Urban Development Department, has been posted as Secretary, KoUP Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.  

Nidhi Gupta Vats has been appointed Special Secretary, Excise, while J Ribha has been appointed Additional Director, State Urban Development Agency (SUDA). /BI/
