New Delhi: The Central Government has reshuffled three Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers and one Indian Police Service (IPS) officer with immediate effect. Mukesh Kumar Mesham, an IAS officer, has been appointed Joint Secretary in the Union Ministry of Culture.

Anita C Mesham, IAS, has been appointed a Joint Secretary in the Union Ministry of Fertilizer, while Dheeraj Sahu, will look after Warehousing and Regulatory Authority, Department of Food, Government of India, as a Joint Secretary.

According to an official order, Vijay Bhatia, an IPS officer, has been appointed a Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs. /BI/
