Lucknow: Effecting an administrative reshuffle, the state government has transferedr eight senior bureaucrats including Kalpana Awasthi, who was Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor. She has now been shifted to the Department of Technical Education. She has been replaced by Sudhir Bobde, who was ACS, Higher Education Department.

According to an official order, Basti Divisional Commissioner Yogeshwar Ram Mishra has been moved to Devipatan Division as commissioner. He has been replaced by Akhilesh Singh, who was earlier Saharanpur DM. 

Bahraich DM Dinesh Chandra is the new DM of Saharanpur, while Monica Rani, additional CEO YEIDA, has replaced him as the new Bahraich DM.

The 1996 batch IAS officer Subhash Chandra Sharma has been put on the waiting list. He was the Principal Secretary, Technical Education. Devipatan Commissioner Mahendra Agarwal is the new Principal Secretary,  Department of Higher Education. /BI/
