Jammu: The J&K government has ordered the transfer and posting of a senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers while assigning an additional charge to others with immediate effect.

As per a GAD order, Prasanna Ramaswamy G, IAS (AGMUT:2010), Secretary of the Revenue Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary of the Tribal Affairs Department, relieving Suresh Kumar Gupta, IFS, of the additional charge of the post.

Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, IAS (AGMUT:2010), Administrative Secretary of the Labour and Employment Department, who also holds additional charge of the Skill Development Department and Chief Executive Officer of Mission Youth, will now also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary of the Revenue Department, in addition to his current duties, until further orders. /BI
