Shillong: The India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) has strengthened healthcare services in Meghalaya by donating a fully-equipped ambulance to Nongpoh Civil Hospital in Ri Bhoi District. This contribution aims to enhance the hospital’s ability to deliver timely medical care, especially in remote areas of the district.

The ambulance handover ceremony was attended by Dr. Manan Kaushal, Independent Director of ITDC, and Deputy Commissioner of Ri Bhoi District, Abhilash Baranwal, IAS. ITDC’s initiative highlights its ongoing commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts.
