New Delhi: The Department of Financial Services (DFS) has reported significant achievements under the Swachhata drive, completing the targets of Special Campaign 4.0 and continuing the momentum into the following months.

During the campaign held from October 2 to October 31, 2024, more than 38,000 sites across the country were cleaned, and revenue worth Rs. 4.54 crore was generated from scrap disposal. The department also freed up 1,36,051 sq. ft. of space and resolved 29,000 public grievances and appeals between November 2024 and August 2025.

Monthly reports on cleanliness activities and grievance disposal have been uploaded regularly on the SCDPM portal since November 2024. In this period alone, 1,009 offices and sites were cleaned, and scrap disposal generated Rs. 54.39 lakh in revenue.

DFS has finalised its roadmap for Special Campaign 5.0, with offices and organisations already sensitised to the upcoming exercise.
