New Delhi: Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has donated a RO water bottling plant to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. The facility was formally handed over by Anesh Kumar Sharma, OS and Director (Technical), in the presence of AIIMS Director Srinivas M.
Speaking at the event, Anesh Kumar Sharma highlighted ECIL’s focus on contributing to sustainable and inclusive growth through its CSR programmes. He noted that earlier this year the company had donated 50 wheelchairs and 50 patient stretchers to AIIMS Delhi. “All our CSR initiatives are aimed at uplifting the underprivileged and the nation at large,” he said.
Srinivas M expressed gratitude for the support, stating, “ECIL’s contribution is helping us meet essential requirements for patient care. We look forward to continued collaboration in developing hospital infrastructure.”
The event was attended by senior officials including Brig. Rahul Mallik (Retd.), General Manager (Defence) NZ, Col. Rohit Mehrotra, AGM (Defence) NZ, P. Venu Babu, CMO and In-charge CSR, Hemant Kumar Singh, SDGM, and Sunil Kumar J, Deputy Manager (HR), along with other ECIL representatives.
